I love the how the outline of the pose contrasts between the peach-colored dress and the sea-foam blue of the background!
I actually had no idea what color to put in the background!

But i do believe you when you say you were little when the movie came out (so was I actually...), because it wasn't her mother's dress, it was her friend's from work. Yope! But it doesn't matter! I hated her too for ruining the dress! LoL! But I just love Molly Ringwald!
